If you like a formal, yet exciting work environment which educates young people in a Christian environment, then we want to hear from you. Global Christian School has positions in grades K-12. We are hiring teachers for the 2008-2009 school year. Contracts are for eleven months over two years. First day of work is as established in the contract. Salary is paid monthly. Global Christian School considers all of its staff and faculty to be missionaries, ministering to the students and families that attend our school. The staff and faculty will be expected to become an active member of a local church. The school provides a one way ticket to Korea and a return ticket at the end of the contract period. Housing is provided but depending on your marital status you will be sharing an apartment with one or two other faculty members. Utility costs and phone bills are not included. The school provides Korean health insurance which is only applicable in Korea. There are modern hospitals and excellent Western-type medical, dental, and chiropractic care. This country is the land of shopping deals. Most of the faculty members travel to other countries during vacation times and are given a round trip ticket for the first summer.
