GCS is not affiliated with any specific
Protestant denomination but claims to be a Bible-believing,
evangelical Christian school. Praise and Prayer opens every
Monday morning before any school work is done. At this time
all the student body from Kindergarten to 12 grades and
the faculty get together for praise and worship. Awards
and recognition for the previous week are done at this time
as well. One session on every Wednesday afternoon is reserved
for a chapel. The entire faculty gathers early in the morning
every day for morning devotions before students come to
school and they close each Friday afternoon with praise
and thanksgiving. Small group Bible study or Spiritual formation
is also available for the students.
Scripture: Our Scriptural focus adds Biblical
guidance to your child's life. The Bible is the foundation
of our curriculum. In addition, each study area is packed
with practical Bible applications that will enrich your
child's education with Scriptural value and truth.
