We are pleased that you have come to visit Global Christian School of Daegu on the internet.  Welcome! Our hope is that after you visit us here we will see you at the school to meet our students, faculty, and staff.  Out website will help you begin to understand the extent of the purpose and activities of the school community of GCSD.  We also would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our returning students and their families who are visiting GCSD’s website for the first time.

We serve the international community of Daegu, as well as the outlying areas - even as far as Kumi and Kyungsan - providing our students with a challenging academic curriculum, which is balanced with a variety of extracurricular activities and the nurturing quality of our faculty.  All GCSD programs are designed to prepare our students to meet the demands that they will face in university or the next college preparatory school they attend.  However, most important is that our students have an opportunity to discern their spiritual life.  That is, along with preparing our students to meet academic challenges, GCSD students are given opportunities to explore their spiritual formation and how it relates to our Lord Jesus Christ.
