Grades are recorded by each teacher using a numerical system. The grade will be converted to a letter grade that will appear on the report card. The letter numbering system ranges form "A" to "F".
A grade of "F" will not receive any credit unless the course is repeated and passed.
The following grading standards are used:

D POOR 66.00 69.99 1.00
D- POOR 64.00 65.99 1.00
F FAILING 0.00 63.99 0.00
I INCOMPLETE 0.00 0.00 0.00
P PASSING 0.00 0.00 0.00
AU AUDIT 0.00 0.00 0.00

 

All students must have a grade of D or higher at mid semester and final semester grade to receive credit.
If a student receive an "INC" for incomplete work, the work must be made up by the end of the first two weeks of the next semester or the student will receive an "F" for the course.
A student who fails a first semester course must obtain permission from the teacher and principal to take the second semester course.
