5: Submit Final Documents
After formal acceptance, all tuition and other fees must be paid by the
designated due date in order to reserve a seat. Failing to meet the deadline
will result in forfeiting a student's enrollment.
All medical requirements and vaccination records MUST be submitted prior
to first day of school. Students CANNOT begin school without the medical
forms.
A new student entering high school must provide records for all previous
high school coursework. Credit toward graduation will not be awarded without
an official academic transcript submitted directly to the GCS High School
Registrar.
New middle and high school students are required to meet with their academic
counselor for course selections prior to the first day of school. This
can only be done in person.
Both parents and applicant are required to read the STUDENT
HANDBOOK throughly. The acknowledgment slip at the
end of the handbook should be signed and returned to GCS.
