Step 4: Wait for Acceptance

Once all application forms, fees, and supporting documents have been submitted, diagnostic test and reviewed, an admissions decision will be made after a careful assessment of each applicant's ability to achieve success in an atmosphere of high expectations, self-discipline and responsibility. During the assessment/screening process, GCS will evaluate each applicant's English language proficiency, demonstrated academic achievement, and behavior conduct history.

For the new academic year commencing in August, new students are not offered placement until returning students have completed their pre-registration for the next school year. Typically, this does not happen until late April. Students who are not offered placement at this time are waitlisted until space becomes available. When there is an opening, notification is made in writing directly to the parents or to the local business contact.
When space is available and the school is prepared to offer enrollment to an applicant.
